Tip 3: The one who wins customer satisfaction gets everything

It costs a lot to introduce visitors to your website. The tip for today is to show you how to start the second line communication with these precious website visitors.

Tip 3: The one who wins customer satisfaction gets everything
Visitors from different channels have different needs. You might not be able to customize the landing page but you may use Kerebro to convey different appeals to visitors from different sources.

Moves in details

Step1: Check out your ad source and appeal
How do you advertise your product and lead customers to your site? What channel do you use? What appeal do you use? e.g. I might use the following ways to advertise a vacuum cleaner:
Ask socialite bloggers to write blog articles for recommendation.
Use Google ads to target older single men.
Use the Facebook to publicize ad to housewives.

Step2: Set some onsite ad corresponded to your apeal
Create a new ad group and select the ad format you want. Set some website messages for different ad sources:
Message for rich ladies: “Elegant even when doing housework.”
Message for single older men: “The ultimate product design.”
Message for housewives: “Strong suction. Low noise. The guardian of your happy home.”

Step3: Set UTM parameters after your URL
UTM parameters are simply tags you need to add to your URL. When someone clicks on a URL with UTM parameters, we can identify the visitor source. Learn more here.

For example, we use this URL to advertise our service:https://kerebro.com/. After adding UTM parameters, the URL will become like this: https://kerebro.com/?utm_source=fb&utm_medium=ad&utm_campaign=vacuumsale

Be sure to use URLs with UTM as the landing page URLs for the FB, Google Adwords, EDM, or other advertising channels.

Step4: Set the automation
Kerebro helps you target your onsite ad on different visitors base on the UTM parameters they carry. Create a new automation with "Traffic Source" trigger.

Let’s use the aforementioned example.
If your parameter is "source=blog", most visitors you attracted are socialites. You may use onsite ad like:“Be as graceful as SOME SOCIALITES' NAME".

If your parameter is "source=google", most visitors you attracted are single older man. You have to focus on the product design for your onsite ad.

If your parameter is "source=fb", most visitors you attracted are housewives. You may use onsite ad like: "I choose XXX vacuum cleaner to protect my happy home."

Save the automation and it will start running.  Remember often come back to check if the automation gets the visitors to the goal.
